Showtime!

Sorry, no illustrations today. A dear friend surprised me last night with tickets to see As You Like It at BAM as an early birthday surprise so there wasn’t time to draw.

Though I am the farthest thing from a theater expert, I loved the production. The cast was great but what really stole the show for me was the beautiful set. It was so subtle and expressive, really well executed.

This photo takes us backstage at a different kind of show altogether, a fashion show! New York Fashion Week is right around the corner!  Are you excited yet?
