Save The Everything

When I was younger, I went through a very powerful environmental phase. If it could be recycled, I recycled it. If it could be adopted, I adopted it. If it could be emblazoned on a t-shirt in puffy paint and tie-dye you can be sure, I wore it.

Even though I may not be wearing it on my sleeve quite as much anymore, I haven’t forgotten about trying to save the world.

This Save the Whales shirt from LA label Wren appeals to both the thirteen year old inside me as well as my adult self. Not only is it a sophisticated way to broadcast a worthy cause, a portion of all sales goes to Save The Whales Again.

Even though I have left my tie-dye and puffy paint days behind me, I can still show my support for the things I believe in but now with more fashion appropriate gear.

And speaking of tees supporting a worthy cause, please check out this shirt from Mike Fretto. 100% percent of the proceeds will be donated to Partners in Health working in Haiti to bring relief after the devastating earthquake.
